Without doubt Paul Gordon......great card magic delivered with truly entertaining flair and insight.
Hey am i the only one who bothered to reply!! Anyway I went to a Michael Ammar lecture this week, it was absolutely brilliant
Thanks for responding!! Michael Ammar is so hard to get because he's so busy with magic Conventions and for him to come to Western canada isnt worth his time. Ive tried but thansk for letting me know. Where did you see him?
Toss up between Tameraz and Ammar!
Oh Man I hear of Tameraz's lecture but never seen it.... I hear its spectacular..... One day ...one day my friend ...Hopefully at Magic Live next year.
I recently attended 2 lectures, one by Shoot Ogawa and another by a person I shan't name (some one to do with the SAM) and felt that Shoot's lecture was FANTASTIC! Even though he has an accent, he truly managed to entertain a room full of professional magicians and even fooled us with a few of his gags!

Maybe I am biased because the lecture I attended before Shoot's was downright horrible and atrocious so I felt that Shoot's was beyond perfect? :P
Saw Michael Ammar on saturday http://murphysmagiccommunity.com/profiles/blogs/michael-ammar-lecture

He was great the main reason why I liked it so much was because he explained it so well and the effects was siple in performance as they was in excution. I highly reccomend a Michael Ammar Lecture :)

How kind Adam..many thanks!
I first saw Paul lecture about 5 years ago at the Wessex Magic Association in Dorset... Real, honest to goodness genuine card magic...

I think the three lectures that that I have been to over the years that stand out most in my mind for genuine quality and quantity are the Paul Gordon lecture on playing cards... Michael Vincent for sleek sleight of hand and a combined lecture with Eugene Burger and Jeff Mcbride...what an amazing evening and what nice guys!

God bless,

Any chance of asking the club to book my NEW lecture? Thanks for the KIND words, btw. PG
Hi Paul,

Hope you are very well. I think the last time we had a good chat was a couple of years ago at the Southampton day of magic...

I will indeede forward your message to the W.M.A. I am no longer a council member but I am sure they would be pleased to have you back... To be honest it would be a breath of fresh air!

God bless,

Jamie Adams
